Lunar Orbiter Heading to the Moon for new Colony

President George W. Bush’s 2004 “Vision for Space Exploration,” plan is to build a lunar colony and eventually use the moon as a jumping-off point to put astronauts on Mars. It moved across the sky, east to west all day….

GILA BEND We were out in the desert looking at wildlife on June 16, 2009, when lights appeared hovering over a distant mountain peak. The lights were stationary but each of the lights appeared to be pulsating. We watched the lights for about 40 minutes and then they disappeared. Thanks to MUFON CMS

YARNELL CONGRESS  Laura Bruce writes, “I don’t know if this picture will help but I have seen several references to this “UFO,” as we watched it all afternoon on May 11th and met a guy who had a powerful camera. He took pictures and it appears to be a huge balloon that has a long tether. It moved across the sky, east to west all day and glowed like a huge planet at sunset and then faded as the light faded. The object made no audible sound, appeared to stall over the house

OCEAN SHORES Ali Nicolls and William Puckett set up two cameras to video the eastern sky on June 14, 2009 about 25 degrees above the horizon. Two infrared cameras were set up and footage was recorded on DVD for each camera. The camera containing this footage was an IGEN NV 20/20 night viewer scope with video output from 10:27 to 10:31 PM.
The camera is sensitive in the visual and near infrared. The spectral sensitivity ranges from about 400 microns to 1,000 microns. Visible light is between 400 and 700 microns. The camera was set to capture footage at 15 frames/second (as opposed to the normal 30 frames/second) so that more ambient light could be captured. The other camera was a FLIR thermographics B2 infrared camera with video output. This camera has a spectral sensitivity in the “far” infrared from about 6,500 to 13,000 microns. The image was not visible to the naked eye at any time. When the light showed up we first thought that it was a bright planet because it was moving so slow. However, once we saw that it was moving I went outside but could not see it. The light was moving south and picked up speed when it moved to the right of the field of view.

Ali Nicolls states, the object made no audible sound, appeared to stall over the house, and then moved at a faster pace, pulsated, had a large field of light emitting from it that looked circular. The object was quite close, bright, big, moved at a smooth steady rate, looked self propelled, and was much bigger than those objects observed.

Note: The skies were clear with no satellites and the light was moving into the wind. Only Saturn was visible in the sky but out of the cameras field of view. No tail or flame was seen with the light, thus the light was not a meteor or falling space debris. Perhaps it could be a high altitude military unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). A UAV would be propelled and should have shown up on the FLIR image. Given available data we have no explanation for this video. Thanks to William Puckett UFOS Northwest

I looked again and saw a pretty big disk shaped object

KAUNAS — An hour before midnight on May 21, 2009, I was smoking on the balcony, and heard a loud noise and looked into the sky but nothing was there. I looked again and saw a pretty big disk shaped object with one side lower than the other. It made a loud noise like it crashed. My Mom heard it too, but didn’t bother to watch. The disk was half light grey; another half was black with a red lamp on left and on the right. Some small red lights were in the middle. There was grey smoke around the silent object. A week ago I saw a hat shaped object flying in the same place with smoke around it. Thanks to Peter Davenport

UFO floating in the air three kilometers from Iwakuni Marine Base

HIROSHIMA — Mr. T. is a 49 years old civilian whose hobby is photography saw a globe UFO floating in the air three kilometers from Iwakuni Marine Base on January 17, 2008 at 4 PM. He took a picture of UFO just as a MH-53E Sea Dragon Helicopter took off. Mr. T. took photos from 4:01 to 4:04 PM as the helicopter climbed higher. The globe disappeared immediately after the last photo was taken. He says that the helicopter was about 30 meters in length and the globe approached the helicopter as it lifted off, but the crew did not notice the globe. When the globes rapidly approached the helicopter, it looked small and abruptly disappeared.

Note: I consider this witness very reliable. The email has been transcribed from Japanese, and some details may not be properly interpreted. Further contact with Mr. A who reported the sighting is planned. The second photo above agrees with the report. The first photo is unclear, but shows the helicopter, the globe (sphere), and another group of unknown objects. Spheres have been reported in the vicinity of aircraft frequently, and the globe approached the aircraft and appears under intelligent control constituting a threat to aviation safety. Actual UFOs of alien origin……

PANAMA CITY  Michael Cohen reports, “A fleet of UFOs were filmed over the city on June 17, 2009, causing quite a sensation on UFO forums and the Internet. Viewers are divided as to whether it shows actual UFOs of alien origin, searchlights or computer generated effects. It is believed the video was taken some time in the last month. UFO sightings are quite common in Panama City and over twenty high profile sightings have been investigated over the last few decades.

Scientists believe that a UFO vortex exit is currently located in North-East Brazil. This exit might connect earth to some sort of galactic ‘freeway’ or set trajectory. Thanks to All New Web m.cohen@allnewsweb.com

This was not any kind of aircraft, but a controlled craft.

SUNNINGDALE — I have been a pilot instructor for 35 years and was awakened on May 30, 2009, at 1.30 AM, by flashing storm lights. I got out of bed to draw the curtains, and I saw an enormous disk with rotating lights that was at least one mile across. The lights slowly rotated in a controlled sequence around the periphery of the disk. It seemed to follow the outbound southern track from Heathrow airport. No central core of the disk was defined and the disk gradually disappeared into the low clouds. There was no sound what so ever. I have witnessed various kinds of atmospheric phenomena, and every kind of aircraft. This was not any kind of aircraft, but a controlled craft. I went into work the next day and a pilot was describing that multiple witnesses had seen the huge disk from a pub in Ascot, Berkshire, five minutes away. Thanks to Peter Davenport

DURHAM — We were sitting enjoying our garden on June 14, 2009, at 11:30 AM, when we noticed something in the sky reflecting the sun. When we first noticed it had the look of a parachute shape, but it moved like it was rolling in the sky. It moved back and forth about 50 meters then slowly moved up and away from us until we could not see it any more. It was about 15 meters long by 5 meters wide and black and silver in color.
Note: The object could be a balloon, as it was seen rising. It was not a weather balloon because the 12 PM launch would have been about 90 minutes after this sighting. The photo was taken with a digital Olympus FE350Wide.X865 camera of 8 mega-pixels. There was no evidence of photo tampering and the images “appear” to be original output from the camera. Four photos were taken. In one of the photos above a dark object with a boomerang type shape shows up in addition to the silver object. This object could be bird. LINCOLN — An RAF C-17 Globemaster transport aircraft was flying at a low speed and altitude five miles south of Lincoln on May 25, 2009, at 4 PM. Following the C-17 was a small circular aircraft, smaller than an average fighter. As the circular aircraft was at a similar altitude to the C-17, I was able to see some of the detail on the underneath of the craft. It was a similar grey to the C-17, apart from a darker circular ‘marking’ directly in the middle of the base. The circular aircraft made no noticeable sound, emitted no light and followed the C-17 towards the airfield. Thanks to Peter Davenport
The Daily Telegraph reports a 400-foot Crop Circle design was discovered in a barley field in Yatesbury near Devizes. (Photo by: M & Y Portsmouth.) It depicts the mythical phoenix reborn as it rises from the ashes. Investigators claim more formations are referencing the possibility of a cataclysmic event occurring on December 21, 2012, which coincides with the end of the ancient Mayan calendar. The Mayans believed civilization exists within a series of earth cycles of 144,000 days each with the 13th expiring in December 2012, resulting in Armageddon.

Crop circle enthusiast Karen Alexander, from Gosport, Hants, said: “The phoenix is a mythical creature which symbolizes rebirth and a new era in many cultures across the world. “Within the crop circle community many believe the designs are constantly referring to December 21 and its aftermath that could be interpreted as the human race or earth rising again after a monumental event.” The patterns are becoming more intricate with every find and it is exciting to think how they are going to evolve by the time we get to 2012.”
Yet, according to Mayan calendar expert Dr. Carl Johan Calleman, “a more accurate interpretation of the Mayan Calendar ends on October 28, 2011, and it does not presage Armageddon, global war, or physical destruction. Rather, it is a mind map by which to measure the entry of a period of universal consciousness for humanity”.

MALDONADO This photo was taken in Sierra de las Ánimas, in March of 2004. The Investigating Regional Center of Aerospace and Terrestrial Phenomena (C.R.I.F.A.T.), was started April 13, 2001, in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay by a group of O.V.N.I., investigators of subject in the South zone of Latin America. It was integrated initially by some members of the C.R.I.D.O.V.N.I. commission pertaining to the Uruguayan Air Force. UFO Photo was taken over Florida, Uruguay on July 25, 1977 by Horticulturist Hector Delgado.

Daniel Iglesias reports, “The UFO phenomenon has manifested itself many times in Uruguay, South America. The Uruguayan Air Force (FAU) high command has declassified its files and allowed EL PAIS (The National Newspaper) to access its UFO records and eyewitness accounts.. While the Air Force commission that studies these cases has been operating for only a few decades, the UFO phenomenon in Uruguay began in 1947, and continues a rich history of seeing UFOs, according to Col. Ariel Sanchez, an Air Force officer with 33 years of active service and who presides over the UFO commission. The agency operates out of a small office in downtown Montevideo and has a computer database and print archives. There are hundreds of files in green binders under the heading “Confidential”, containing eyewitness accounts, photographs, sketches, drawings, documents and evaluations made by officials. The files consist of reports that accrue at a rate of 100 cases per year with 2100 solid reports the commission has researched and dismissed many for various reasons. Thirty years after research began, forty cases remain unexplained. These files have been kept open, and range from sightings and landings of alleged craft to abductions, where people claim to have been kidnapped by extraterrestrial entities.

The military commission’s task is to compile a record of cases and draft guidelines or conclusions regarding their veracity and origin. They have obtained solid results: “The commission managed to determine modifications to the chemical composition of the soil where landings were reported. It could be a phenomenon that occurs in the lower sectors of the atmosphere, the landing of aircraft from a foreign air force, up to the extraterrestrial hypothesis. It could be a monitoring probe from outer space, much in the same way that we send probes to explore distant worlds,” stated the officer. “The UFO phenomenon exists and I must stress that the Air Force does not dismiss an extraterrestrial hypothesis based on our scientific analysis,” said Col. Sanchez. The Uruguayan Air Force has now declassified all of its information and only the identity of the witnesses remains undisclosed. In a case in the Department of Durazno, a witness reported a UFO landing and soil analysis showed an increase in the values of minerals such as chrome, manganese, phosphorus and carbon, enabling researchers to conclude that the event had indeed been real.
In another case two reddish spheres, flew silently over the heads of two teamsters driving cattle. The objects moved at high speed in opposite directions and the vanished toward the west at high speed. UFOs are most likely to be seen in February, March, July and October in Uruguay. In February of 2009, the commission received numerous reports accompanied by digital photographs. Photographs or film are not a determining factor in any case, but rather a contribution, explains Sanchez, given the current technical possibilities for hoaxing images.

Unsolved cases have a considerable high strangeness quotient for example, the 1986, pursuit by two Pucara jet fighters over the Palmar Dam in response to the maneuvers of a luminous sphere. The pilots chased it and were about to intercept it, when the sphere flew off at a dizzying rate of speed toward Argentina. When the pilots returned to their base, the sphere reappeared over the dam. They chase it again and it vanished from sight, changing colors from red to yellow.

A similar case occurred to a group of military pilots in 1996, engaged in exercises over the Santa Bernardina Base in Durazno. They saw two luminous spheres at 10,000 feet (3,000 meters), whose presence was corroborated by the airport’s control tower. When the objects flew away, they maintained their shape and luminosity, which enabled the spherical shape to be confirmed. Minutes later, the pilots noticed their glow diminished, and only their outline was illuminated.
In 1979, a crew of a commercial airline was pursued by a powerful light that was photographed by passengers and remains unexplained. The Air Force also has visual reports of a dozen mutilated animals that may be related to Argentina, where 700 mutilated animals were found. FAU does not dismiss the possibility of an extraterrestrial event. Military statistics show that most people reporting sightings involve young men up to 45 years of age. They also indicate that cases occur in the early hours of the evening, 49% of statistics are made up of reports of luminous spheres; barely 2% include occupant sightings. Also several cases of the abduction of humans remain unexplained. One of them occurred in Playa Pascual in 1980 and involved a camper, who was suddenly taken by surprise by short beings who immobilized him and conveyed him to a vehicle, where he was subjected to a medical examination. Another “missing time” case involved a family that was driving along the road when an aircraft flew over their vehicle and landed in front of them. Extraordinary technical capabilities pose challenges to military activity around the globe…..

Several years ago French Admirals and Generals produced the Cometa Report showing declassified government documents claiming that unexplained flying objects with extraordinary technical capabilities pose challenges to military activity around the globe. For example, US fighter jets have attempted to shoot down UFOs, according to North American Aerospace Defense Command logs. Also British, Iranian, Cuban, Soviet, and Peruvian air force planes attempted to shoot down UFOs, and Belgium F-16s armed with missiles pursued a UFO in 1990. Further, the French report says that there have been “visits above secret installations and missile bases in France and other countries,”
Now Michael Cohen writes, France is set to concede that it is aware of an alien presence on earth.” Rumors persist that Paris has chosen to follow the lead of Brazil and resist US pressure to continue delaying disclosure until America feels it is ready for the event. It is believed that a telephone hot-line has been set up in Paris to deal with queries from panicky citizens. Although the announcement by France was not released, they have concrete evidence including alien bodies that some UFOs are of ET origin. The French political establishment is fairly apathetic to disclosure, but by no means opposed to it. The current research Minister, Valerie Pecresse is regarded as a reformer and open-minded.
