MALDONADO This photo was taken in Sierra de las Ánimas, in March of 2004. The Investigating Regional Center of Aerospace and Terrestrial Phenomena (C.R.I.F.A.T.), was started April 13, 2001, in the city of Montevideo, Uruguay by a group of O.V.N.I., investigators of subject in the South zone of Latin America. It was integrated initially by some members of the C.R.I.D.O.V.N.I. commission pertaining to the Uruguayan Air Force. Today Argentine, Chilean and Brazilian investigators compose the group making it possible to compare the different cases from each country, under a same data base. Thanks to Ariel Sánchez CRIFAT
