NORTH DEVON — Police officers saw a UFO which led to military fears about national defense according to documents just disclosed by the National Archives files supplied to the Ministry of Defence and the Devon UFO Research Organization (Duforo). A Bodmin police sergeant report from March 31, 1993, states that at 1:30 AM, while driving towards Dobwalls on the A38, he had seen two bright objects at 2,000 altitudes. The report states, “Knowing the night sky fairly well he immediately realized that they were not stars and stopped his patrol car and got out. He watched the objects for a few seconds and was amazed to see them ascend at a fairly fast rate, moving in an arc over him and disappeared, leaving vapor-like trails”. The sergeant said several other officers had made similar reports to the police control room in Exeter.

The archives just released contain a restricted MoD comment from April 21, 1993, which states, “The sightings seen on March three, were “highly unusual” because there was no obvious explanation for the large number of similar and reliable accounts”. The MoD minute concludes: “In summary, there would seem to be considerable evidence that a UFO of unknown origin has been operating over the UK. LONDON — I told it to others ufologists (Brazil and France), they think it is very interesting, but they don’t have technology for decide if it is a UFO or not. I hope MUFON find an answer with Google. The object is on Google Street (London), above Piccadilly Circus (until Hitz Hotel). Please, I think it is important.

RALEIGH — This is a report of a sighting that happened on October 3 or 5, 1992, while flying a Boeing 727 for a major airline. We were approaching Raleigh RDU airport in North Carolina at 1:37 PM, from the northeast, when I observed what I thought was a flight of two F-16’s within thirty five miles of the airport, below 10,000 feet and going 250 KIAS.

The First Officer was flying the airplane, and I was looking out ahead of us and saw the sun glinting off them. Raleigh Approach controller didn’t call them as traffic, and the next thing I see is a chevron shaped vehicle within an eighth of a mile of us. It is now right outside of my window, just forward off the left wing, traveling the opposite direction at our altitude. The chevron shaped thing must have been in a turn earlier, and with the sun glinting off it was a very flashy flyer. It was standing on the tip of what you might consider to be its left wing; with the wing being parallel to the surface of the earth. It was perpendicular to us. I watched it for about five seconds before it passed behind our left wing.

I asked the Raleigh Approach controller, “What just passed us. I was specific when I asked him. I stated that it was just to our south, and at our altitude, flying from a generally southwest direction to the northeast”. The controller took a little longer than normal to reply. He said, “I don’t have anything on radar.” Then he waited a little bit longer, and asked if I had seen anything. I knew it was better, at the time, to keep my mouth shut, so my reply was along the lines of: no, I guess not. The controller didn’t press, and I didn’t offer anything else. This vehicle was unusual in a couple of ways. It flew on the tip of a wing, level (as it were) and didn’t seem to have any problem maintaining altitude. There was no, visible, means of propulsion. It didn’t leave any type of trail. It was fifty feet (plus or minus ten feet) from tip to tip, and from its nose to the trailing edge of its wing was no more than maybe twenty to twenty five feet. It was a dull grey, and no lights. There were no markings. After it passed behind the left wing, I asked to FO and FE if they had seen it. They had not. WINSTON SALEM — I was taking random pictures of stunt planes during an air show in North Carolina on September 12, 2009. I then downloaded the digital pictures and noticed an orb directly above the stunt plane. I was unable to see the orb at the time of taking the picture. Frankly I’m not surprised. This isn’t the first picture I’ve taken with orbs in the photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Michael Salla, Ph.D. writes, “An official announcement by the Obama administration disclosing the reality of extraterrestrial life is imminent. For several months, senior administration officials have been quietly deliberating behind closed doors how much to disclose to the world about extraterrestrial life. Dissatisfaction among powerful institutions such as the U.S. Navy over the decades-long secrecy policy has given a boost to efforts to disclose the reality of extraterrestrial life and technology.

The impending disclosure announcement follows upon the secret implementation of a yearlong openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Over the period February 12-14, 2008, the United Nations held closed doors discussions where 30 nations secretly agreed on a new openness policy on UFOs and extraterrestrial life in 2009. The openness policy was implemented but never publicly announced due to threats against UN diplomats not to disclose details of the secret agreement.  The secret UN agreement was based on two conditions. First, UFOs would continue to appear around the world; and second, the openness policy would not lead to social unrest in liberal democracies. Both conditions have been satisfied making it possible for the next stage to begin – official disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

Obama’s September 24, 2009, chairing of the UN Security Council meeting on proliferation and disarmament, signaled his emerging leadership role in tackling major global issues such as nuclear weapons. The Nobel Peace Prize was an important step in giving global legitimacy to President Obama in making an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. Obama is therefore poised to play a prominent role in the increased global governance that will be necessary after an extraterrestrial disclosure announcement. The timing would most likely coincide sometime soon after his Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech on December 10, 2009 in Oslo, Norway.

Dr Pete Peterson has recently emerged revealing high level discussions have taken place concerning announcing the existence of extraterrestrial life. In a Project Camelot interview, Dr Peterson revealed that “Obama is planning to disclose the reality of ET contact by the end of the year; and that most, but not all, of the ET visitors are friendly.”
Snip: The Obama administration and its supporters are poised to take a bold step forward in helping our planet become an interplanetary culture that openly deals with the challenges posed by extraterrestrial life.

EAST ST LOUIS — My son and I were walking our dogs at around 9:50 PM, on August 31, 2009, when my son looked up pointed and said “Look what is that”. There was a cigar shaped thing flying upward at an angle. We sat there and watched it fly at an angle for no more than 30 seconds. It looked again like a cigar and had a very faint trail behind it that was traveling way faster than any earth made craft we have ever seen. It slowed down for like 1 second and then took off into the night where we lost view of it.

CHICAGO — My wife and I were standing on our third floor balcony on Sunday, September 13, 2009, around 10:15 PM, when we first saw what looked like a plane on fire rise up southwest of us and continue north. The color was orange (unlike a normal plane) which led me to initially believe it was a passenger jet on fire coming in for an emergency landing. Shortly afterward three more of these lights rose from the same location flying in formation. There was no noise associated with them like a normal passenger jet or a fighter plane. I believe the time that they were in the air, and their steady climb followed by horizontal movement north, would eliminate any type of fireworks or flares. I would guess the objects were somewhere between one to two miles away. I was in such shock that I did not grab my video camera, but my wife did manage to capture this photo from her cell phone.
Note: Given the description and the photo I don’t have an explanation for this sighting. The photo was taken with a low resolution camera so little further analysis can be performed on the photo. PHOENIX — My 12 year old daughter went to check the mail box and as she walked outside our house she witnessed floating above our street a round object not too far in the distance. She quickly grabbed her cell phone in her pocket and snapped off two photos around May 1, 2009, around 5 PM.  What is interesting is she managed to capture the object as it tilted and moved off. You can see the landmarks of the houses and the trees to get a distance measurement and size approximation of the object.

She was very excited when she showed me the pictures. I think the whole event lasted only for a few seconds this is the second photo when the object should be seen stationary.

One day, a fellow student announced to me, (while walking home from school) that his brother had come home from a flight to the pole (don’t know which one) w/Admiral Byrd. The next day he showed me a couple of black and white plus color photos of a large cave photo with a discus shaped object leaving the cave, and airborne at the time. There was a photo of a tropical area with mastodons with large tusks. I had not the slightest idea what I was seeing. You may be the judge and thank Mr. Pfiefer’s article which brought this to mind. Listening to Major Filer on Jeff Rense Radio Show

David Griffen, Exopolitics UK writes, “I was just listening to the latest excellent Filer’s files radio session on Jeff Rense [which by the way is the ONLY 'old-school' type UFO show I listen to, probably because it has brought the 70s.80s style of mainstream sightings reporting up to date] and heard Jeff mention possible secret space fleets and what UK truth seeker Gary McKinnon found. I like the show when it discusses wider issues and examines the UFOlogy [U-Foology?!] field itself.”s I usually talk to Gary once or twice a month and in fact ended up tackling what I saw as the UFO community’s failings in this article for UFO Digest magazine:

Gary is possibly due to make his first public appearance on a panel that I am streaming live from an event at the weekend:. The point in contacting you is because it was discussed what G McKinnon knew. It has been claimed he found names of some of the ‘fleet’ and the few I heard were all named after high ranking military types who have been associated with the covert UFO ‘thing’ since 1947. In addition you may be interested in a short video presentation I did a month back in Spain in front of 1450 attendees as part of the European Exopolitics Conference. During this 15 minute slot, I linked McKinnon to the data found by JLW. I had managed to back-up what JLW found [thus maybe validating McKinnon] by receiving an email from a NASA / JPL employee and I use his email quote in the talk.

Gary McKinnon, the English Hacker Facing 70 Years in U.S. Prison for Searching Pentagon Sites for UFO Evidence, David Griffen — Exopolitics UK states, “The driving force behind Gary McKinnon attempting to find UFO data was the energy crisis and for finding cheaper forms of energy used by the UFOs.. Many people were dying to lack of ability to buy warmth.  Hacking was very easy to do, only basic security measures were in place”.  The US government was humiliated by an unsophisticated person being able to obtain secrets.

Interestingly, Gary ran into hundreds of Chinese IP hackers within the US government data. He found NASA was airbrushing photos as stated by Donna Hare and he saw photos of unbrushed UFOs, as well as photos of air brushed UFOs. He found a list of non-terrestrial officers and spread sheets of transfers to Navy Space Ships. The message on the left was received from an alleged NASA employee stating, “Johnson Space Center requires large elaborate spacecraft to get them where they need to go.”

Richard Buchli D.V.M writes, “THIS IS THE MOST EXCITING THING I HAVE EVER FOUND! It is located on NASA IMAGE and Jaxa Selene images at 20 51 42 06N   19 20 41 57E.” The object is thought to be 500 feet long and appears to have windows and wings.

Editor’s Note: The drawing  was made by Bill McDonald from sketches by Cosmonauts. Cosmonaut Alexandr Baladin stated that “flying saucers” have come into close proximity to the MIR space station as well as the Baikonur Cosmodrom.  He added there is sufficient evidence to warrant a scientific study of the phenomenon, and that it is time that world governments officially acknowledge the UFO phenomenon’s existence. Notice the drawing is similar to objects seen on the moon.

UNICOI STATE PARK — My husband and I went camping and on Sunday August 30, 2009, I went to the restroom around 4 PM, and was walking back to my tent with my lantern and felt there was someone behind me. I turned around and saw three gray aliens standing in the woods behind the building on the hill. They were just standing there. I thought it could be other people from the campground on the hill, but why would they just be standing in the middle of the woods at 4 AM?

When one of them turned and looked at me, I realized they were not human. Their arms were too long and their bodies were too thin. They had very large craniums with lumps on top with pale glossy skin. They had huge black eyes that seemed to pierce right through me. I stand 5′3″ tall, and they looked several inches shorter than me. The one who saw me started to inch toward me, but I bolted back to my tent. When my husband asked me what was wrong, all I could say was “There’s (expletive) aliens back there!” When he finally calmed me down, he went looking for the aliens but found nothing. I don’t know if I had any missing time or not. It was around 5 AM, when I was finally calm enough to leave the tent, with my husband. Around 6 AM, we got a fire going and cooked breakfast.
