China UFO Sightings High

One of the largest networks of these groups is the UFO Research Association. This is an umbrella group that encompasses numerous branches throughout China including the one in Kunming, headed by retired physics professor Zhang Yifang who has recently received publicity. Another member is Wang Sichao who is also involved in the Purple Mountain Astronomical Observatory, in Nanjing, where a UFO was recently filmed during the recent solar eclipse.
One UFO sighting that the many scientists active within the UFO Research Association are seriously investigating occurred in the town of Nianyang, Sichuan Province. On July 20 of this year at 7 PM numerous members of the public witnessed a classic ‘Walnut’ or ‘Dumpling UFO. A dozen witnesses called the local paper and one witness got a series of photos of the hovering UFO. Mr. Wang noticed it morphing in shape before fading. Investigators are leaning towards declaring this event is genuinely anomalous.
Looks allot like “Moya” from Farscape.

The director of the observatory, Ji Hai-sheng, told sina.com that scientists would not be speculating publicly on the nature of what was captured on film until it had been properly studied. He added:”‘Purple Mountain Observatory and Chinese Academy of Sciences said that during the July 22, 2009, total solar eclipse observation, China had discovered near the sun, by observing staff, an unidentified object, it’s physical nature remains to be further studied. “Currently manpower is being organized to deal with this data, complete the data analysis and reveal the scientific results and this will take at least one year’s time to finalize.”

China UFO Filmed

SHANGHAI — I’m Chinese and my English is poor. I awoke at about 1:40 AM, and saw a light spot in the sky, that I thought might be a star. I quickly found that was impossible because it was too bright for the bad air in ShangHai. It was hovering so I took a picture.
I used the self shoot mode to take the photo, it took 15s to exposure, maybe the wind or something else swayed the camera. When I wanted to take another photo, the cloud hid the light spot. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Chinese Aircraft Spots UFO
XINHUA — By Elaine Chow, 11:45 PM on Wed March 18, 2009 ,Chinese officials have reported a UFO sighting while they were on an airplane and, in case anyone thought it was just a case of baijiu-induced hallucinations, they snapped pictures of it too. In a report from Xinhua, the government-sponsored news agency, a group of journalists and officials were on a Southern Airlines flight in late February when one of them noticed an unusual luminous object traveling alongside their vessel.
After excitedly pointing it out to everyone around him, one journalist managed to snap a few photos before the object suddenly changed directions and swerved north east. The witnesses debated whether it had been a plane – but later, another plane did appear and everyone agreed that it looked nothing like the unidentified object they’d just seen. Altogether, the alleged UFO sighting lasted about a minute. Any idea what it could have been? Aliens?
