David Cameron the Conservative leader in the UK elected as Prime Minister of the UK. Her Majesty the Queen asked Cameron to form a new government and President Obama phoned Cameron saying, “The United States has no closer friend and ally than the United Kingdom…” At 43, the Conservative party leader will be the country’s youngest prime minister in almost two centuries, and, as he acknowledges, daunting task ahead.

Mr. Cameron, speaking at one of his regular meetings where he takes the public’s questions, promised to be “entirely open and frank” about what the Government knows about close encounters.

A member of the audience asked: “In July last year the respected scientist and astronaut Dr Edgar Mitchell, who was the sixth man to walk on the moon, spoke on a British radio station. “He said the American government had had contact with extra terrestrials on multiple occasions and that these were ongoing. He spoke about the Roswell event in 1947 where wreckage of a downed UFO was recovered and found to contain alien bodies that this event was real but was covered up by the Government for many years.”Do you agree with me that the British people have a right to know if we have been visited, and if so, when you become Prime Minister will you seek to lift the veil of secrecy and give the public the truth that they deserve and that has been covered up for all these years?”

LANCASHIRE — The UK Sun News reports the 44th strange sighting since 1977 in an area dubbed “UFO Valley”. And the sleepy pocket of Lancs has now clocked up the highest number of close encounters in the country. The latest sighting in the Bacup and Rossendale area was made by Aron Sacks. The carpenter snapped the mysterious object from his window with a mobile phone. Yesterday he told how it hovered for less than a minute, before silently zooming off at high speed.

Aron, 34, added: “It was amazing – certainly not a normal aircraft. I grabbed my phone, took one photo – then when I looked back it had gone. Aron’s dad Mike, 69, spotting three UFOs near their home in the village of Stackstead.

HONITON — Since there has been a few reports in the Honiton area recently and as I live near by I thought I’d go check out the area. After an hour Ii took some photos up the round ball and caught something unexplainable. There were two discs that I saw briefly with my naked eye zoom across the sky. MOSCOW — Russia Today News Channel showed a photo of a UFO shaped like a pyramid hovering over the Kremlin. The object has been compared to an Imperial Cruiser in the Star Wars films and witnesses estimated it could be up to a mile wide. Two film clips exist which  show the same object and footage has been repeatedly played on Russian television. The shots, one taken at night from a car and one during the day, were both filmed by amateurs.
The ‘craft’ was said to have hovered for hours over Red Square in the Russian capital. The clips of the ‘invasion’ have gone to the top of the country’s version of YouTube. The identity of the shape has not been confirmed. Russian reports ruled out a UFO but police refused to comment. Nick Pope, a former Ministry of Defence UFO analyst, said, “It is one of the most extraordinary UFO clips I’ve ever seen”. “At first I thought this was a reflection but it appears to move behind a power line, ruling out this theory.” A spokesman for aerospace journal Jane’s News said: “We have no idea what it is.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGsUnC9hXmI

Newly released UK files reveal that Lord Hill-Norton a former head of the Armed Forces wrote to the defense secretary urging him to “demonstrate a more serious concern” over the Bentwaters UFO sighting. Files released by the Ministry of Defence disclose that Lord Hill-Norton a five-star Admiral and the former Head of the British Ministry of Defense was kept in the dark about the UFO subject during his official capacities. In this short interview with James Fox, the Admiral emphatically states that, “The UFO subject has great significance and should no longer be denied and kept secret; there is a serious possibility that we are being visited — and have been visited for many years — by people from outer space, from other civilizations; that it behooves us to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want.” This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation.”

Lord Hill-Norton, a former chief of defense staff, wrote to Michael Heseltine about a UFO hovering in Rendlesham Forest near RAF Woodbridge on December 27, 1980, known as “Britain’s own Roswell”. The late Lord Hill-Norton, a member of House of Lords UFO Group, wrote to Mr. Heseltine in May 1985 to express his concern over the “puzzling and disquieting features” of the case. He referred to the USAF report submitted by Lieutenant Colonel Charles Halt in which the deputy base commander details the account of three patrolmen. Lt Col Halt wrote: “The individuals reported seeing a strange glowing object in the forest. The object was described as being metallic in appearance and triangular in shape, approximately two to three metres across the base and approximately two metres high. It illuminated the entire forest with a white light. “The object itself had a pulsing red light on top and a bank of blue lights underneath. The object was hovering or on legs. As the patrolmen approached the object, it maneuvered through the trees and disappeared.” The commander himself described witnessing three depressions in the ground the next day where the object had been sighted. And later that night he was among several men who saw a “red sun-like light” through the trees which “moved about and pulsed”.

They went and stood by it; they inspected it; they photographed it, and found radioactive traces on the ground. Either this happened or the men were hallucinating on a base that houses nuclear weapons. My position is perfectly clear — this is of the utmost defense interest. Why on Earth should he make it up — then, surely, the entry of a vehicle from outer space to a defense base in this country also cannot fail to be of defense interest. It simply isn’t any good for our ministers — and the Ministry of Defense in particular — to say that nothing took place that December night in Suffolk, or that it is not of defense interest. It simply isn’t true.

The global megastar Robbie Williams – a noted UFO buff is in Australia. “I have been looking for places out in the Outback, maybe a farm,” Williams said before the release of his latest hit record Reality Killed The Video Star. Lew Farkas, the owner of the Holiday Park in Wycliffe Well in Central Australia – a world-famous UFO hotspot – said an associate of Williams’ had visited his park.” A mate of his was telling me how Robbie was a real buff on UFOs. “He said he would let him know about Wycliffe Well, that it is one of the world’s UFO hotspots.” Mr. Farkas said “Being the UFO buff, this property would fit in with his way of thinking; he might want to invest in it and I could look after it.”

Ronald Nussbeck writes, On November 29, 1968 the newspaper Sverdlovsk reported, “Berezovsky Dreams” with the account of Flying Lightning Balls, one of which crashed near Berezovsky. This article reveals never before seen images of a UFO Crashed Disk. I would like to thank Ron Stewart for the many long hours of research and development of the images, without people like Ron this would never make the light of day.

The Soviet Defense Ministry wrote in March 1969, Order No. 481 addressed to the Commander of the Air Defense Forces in the Sverdlosvsk Military Region Lieutenant General A.G. Ponomarenko. He was ordered to assist in every way the local KGB authorities in the operation “Sverdlovsk Midget” (small aliens), signed by the Deputy Commander in Chief of the USSR Air Defense Forces, Colonel General S.D. Lebedey, Seal stated, General Staff of the USSR Defense Ministry.

In a second letter from November 3, 1969 on the KGB letterhead addressed to Deputy Chief of the Scientific Research Department KGB USSR, Colonel Grigoriev. The letter stated that on March 5, 1969 information was received about discovery of the unidentified object wreckage, 3 meter high and 5 meter in diameter with remains of small unknown human like creature; Operation called “Sverdlovsk Midget”.

Ron S. Stewart using APEP (Advanced Photographic Extraction Process), a Microscopic Digital Imaging system (www.ufoimaging.com). APEP uses X-Ray, Thermo, Infrared and high magnification along with increased DPI (dots per inch) to extract images. The articles photos reveal the Russian’s may have in their possession a crashed Disk from another planet.

Death Certificates signed by Doctors Kamyshoy, Savitsky and Gordeenko were issued in Moscow region on March 24, 1969. Certificates in the USSR are printed by Gosznak, the documents are only some of the evidence found. Large volumes of information are available on the web including autopsy photos and expert testimony to the veracity of the crash.

The image left is an X-Ray using APEP, the KGB agent seen in image #1 is holding part of the craft, follow the numbers to image #8, in it the KGB agent is holding a piece of the craft behind his back with his left hand. In his right hand is another piece of the crashed disk.

Michael Cohen writes: The front of the UFO appears to show a ‘Gray’ on the relief of the object (circled in red). This has not gone through analysis and we eagerly look forward to the results. We are also aware that some question this video, claiming it is a scene from an old Soviet movie. It should be noted that no-one has ever identified that movie and Russian ufologists generally regard this footage as genuine.

TYNE AND WEAR — I was walking my dogs on November 21, 2008, and took some photos, when I got back and put the pictures on the computer, I saw the objects said the witness. “I hope you can ease my mind as I haven’t got a clue as to what the object is.” The photos were taken only a few seconds apart. The location was at Fencehouses in Tyne and Wear, near a pub called the Country Club.

READING — There were seven hot air balloons in the sky above my house on September 17, 2009, that decided to photograph and I noticed a small group of white clouds that seemed to be following the balloons. They were out of place as the sky was clear blue. I then saw the sun hit an object in the sky, the sun reflected off the object, created a dazzling star affect. My sister also saw this and we both said “WOW! what was that?”  As the last balloon descended I saw a massive dark disc very clearly move across the horizon. KINGHOLM QUAY, DUMFRIES, SCOTLAND — I live in a village, consisting of just houses and a restaurant and stepped outside about 9:30 PM, on September 25, 2009, and looked up and definitely saw a green light circling in the sky. The circling was not always consistent, circular motioning varied. I kept disbelieving it and thought it must be a reflection of something or someone with a green light pointing to the sky. But then it would have to be a very powerful light and it was behind the clouds. I don’t know how long it lasted as I didn’t stay outside for long. So you tell me what that could have been?

Gary McKinnon, the English hacker facing 70 years in U.S. prison for searching Pentagon sites for UFO evidence, says the weirdest thing he found was a list of “Non-Terrestrial Officers” and fleet transfers between ships that don’t exist in the U.S. Navy.

Note – This is – possibly – a profoundly important development. If Mr. McKinnon’s data is correct, it validates the assumption the US Navy may well be operating off-planet via back-engineered ET technology. His data indicates the Navy and probably the Air Force operate a fleet of space craft and officers to either man them or otherwise control them. The Clementine mission, you will recall it was a US Navy project which mapped the entire Moon.

Gary McKinnon states, “I found a list of fleet-to-fleet transfers, and a list of ship names. I looked them up. They weren’t U.S. Navy ships. What I saw made me believe they have some kind of spaceship, off-planet”

September 1, 2009, Jeff Rense and I Discussed Space planes on his Radio Show Aviation Week and Space Technology magazine investigated myriad sightings of a two-stage-to-orbit system that could place a small military space plane in orbit during the 1990s. After the shuttle Challenger disaster in January 1986, and a subsequent string of expendable-booster failures, the military needed a quick method to get satellites into space to keep  tabs on its Cold War adversaries. Considerable evidence supports the existence of a highly classified system, and top Pentagon officials have hinted that it’s “out there”. It appears the “Blackstar” system may have replaced the shelved U.S. SR-71 reconnaissance aircraft. It was composed of a large “Mothership,” closely resembling the Air Force’s historic XB-70 supersonic bomber with the orbital component under its fuselage, accelerating to supersonic speeds at high altitude before dropping the space plane. The orbiter’s engines fire and boost the vehicle into space. The shuttle could also carry a small space plane into orbit, that could then be launched.

The National Aero-Space Plane (NASP) was under development during the Carter Administration that could reach low Earth orbit but was allegedly cancelled.

Satellite orbits are predictable and activities having intelligence value can be scheduled to avoid over flights. The Navy and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) have wanted an operational space plane for years. Small maneuverable space craft could be carried into orbit by the Shuttle or launched from a Mothership and conduct key reconnaissance. The space plane is capable of carrying an advanced imaging suite that could be configured to deliver specialized microsatellites to low Earth orbit or, perhaps, be fitted with no-warhead hypervelocity weapons–what military visionaries have called “rods from god.” Launched from the fringes of space, these high-Mach weapons could destroy deeply buried bunkers and weapons facilities.

“In 1986, Boeing filed a U.S. patent application for an advanced two-stage space transportation system. Patent No. 4,802,639, was awarded on Feb. 7, 1989, details how a small orbiter could be air-dropped from the belly of a large delta-winged carrier at Mach 3.3 and 103,800-ft. altitude. Tons of material–including long-lead structural items–for a third XB-70 Valkyrie had been stored in California warehouses years before, and a wealth of data from the X-20 DynaSoar military space plane program was readily available for application to a modern orbiter. The DynaSoar program in November 1959, was the first effort to use a manned boost-glider to fly in near-orbital space and return. The B-70 was to carry the 10,000-lb. DynaSoar glider and a 40,000-lb. liquid rocket booster to 70,000 ft. and release them while traveling at Mach 3. With this lofty start, the booster could then push the glider into its final 300-mile. orbit.

On October 4, 1998, an XB-70-like carrier aircraft was spotted flying over Salt Lake City at about 2:35 PM, by James Petty, the president of JP Rocket Engine Co. He saw a small highly swept-winged vehicle nestled under the belly of the XB-70-like aircraft climbing slowly on a west-southwest heading. The sky was clear enough to see both vehicles’ leading edges, which Petty described as a dark gray or black.
