California Triangles and Lights

HACIENDA HEIGHTS -- These photos were taken in the San Gabriel mountains. I am not sure what the objects are. Nothing was seen flying around when the photos were taken. In photo 1 the object is near the center top of photo. The enlargement is also displayed. In photo 2. After closer observation it seems the objects are shaped like a triangle.

Note: The photos were taken about one minute apart. The witness edited the photos and created the enlargements. The original unedited photos have been requested. It is interesting that several objects suddenly showed up one minute after the first photo was taken. Perhaps the objects could be balloons or birds, but this cannot be determined from the photo. CITRUS HEIGHTS — You should contact my husband and my son for all the details of our February 11, 2010 sighting of a cigar shaped UFO. My husband has not reported this sighting because he fears no one would believe him. My son was very excited to see something so unbelievable! ADDISON — As a relaxing hobby, I enjoy taking pictures of various cloud formations and storms so on January 26, 2010 at 4:54 PM, snapped a few cloud photos. I did not see anything in the sky, all normal. Only later that day, as I reviewed the photos, I found the UFO? object on one of the photos. Infrared UFOs Picked up on Digital Cameras
Kenneth Larson writes, “The recent spate of news in UFO magazines and UFO blogs concerns the various witnesses around the world who aim a regular camera at the clear sky and see nothing but sky.”  But when they use a digital camera that has the infrared spectrum and take a photo of the clear sky and scan the digital camera image they discover or see an unexpected UFO.  Human eyes do not have the infrared spectrum—but many digital cameras do.  In turn, the UFOs seem to operate in the infrared spectrum.  So, UFOs do exist in the sky, but often we cannot see them with our regular eyesight.  Infrared is situated outside the visible spectrum at the red end–or the wavelength between 700 nanometers and 12 millimeter) spectrum.

Editor’s Note: It appears that the heat from the cylinder shaped UFO in Addison, Texas is being captured by the digital camera, while the actual UFO is above it.

Infrared Camera

Thermal imaging cameras capture high definition temperature profiles of objects at distances from a few inches to hundreds of feet. The thermal images rapidly identify defects in electronics and power grids, heat leaks in windows and doors, water leaks and mold problems, and hot spots in machinery. You can make an infrared Filter for most digital cameras. Check to see if your camera is sensitive to infrared light by turning your camera on and pointing it at a TV remote controller. Press the remote controller channel changer and you should see a blinking light in your camera. If you can see a blinking light, all is good. Your camera can pick up infrared signals. SAN BERNARDINO – On January 25, 2010, I arrived at home at 10:45 PM, and noticed a cluster of orange lights at 10:45 PM. The lights were stationary for at least five minutes and then two of the lights that were side by side started moving towards each other as if they were going to collide. As they got to the point of touching they just crossed and dropped down about a half inch in the sky and stayed in place for awhile. I ran inside and told my wife and got my camera and we came out and began to take pictures.

As took the pictures the lights were stationary and slowly faded away. I noticed in the background the white lights and the red flashing tail light lights of an airplane coming south bound towards LA (Los Angeles). It flew underneath the top orange light in the northwest where two lights faded and were east of the airplane. As the plane passed the lights illuminated again; and I took three other pictures and only one object stayed orange as shown. There was one object northwest also the same as the other two.

Note: The photo was taken with a FUJIFILM A850 Digital Camera with a maximum resolution of 8.1 mega-pixels. I am only able to see one orange light in the single photo sent by the witness. Attempts were made to enhance the photo through changing the brightness and contrast to better reveal detail, but only the one orange light shows up. The light has been magnified in the above photo and appears to be the original photo as output from the camera.

RIPON – On January 29, 2010, I was driving north from Modesto through Ripon heading towards Manteca where my Fiancé and I noticed a very bright set of lights hovering over Highway 99, 1/4 of a mile from Ripon High School. We noticed the object spinning slowly as the outside lights glowed off and on. I said “I think it’s a UFO” and as we drove by the object, it was clear that there was nothing holding the lights in the air as it was hovering on its own.

The center light glowed different colors as the outside lights changed from white to orange to red. I then turned around so I could get a photo but by the time we got back, the object was gone. The duration of time of the sighting was around three minutes. I felt very uneasy as I am currently an Air Intelligence Analyst in the United States Air Force. The object was about 600 feet AGL and the size was roughly around 30 yards from point to point. I swear on everything that I have seen the same object in videos as well with the same exact characteristics. I’m baffled! Thanks to Fernando A. Maestas

SAN CARLOS– Saw the weird shape hover overhead on January 13, 2010, that quickly moved over Redwood City and kept the same altitude than quickly disappeared.

MULLICA HILL — On December 19, 2009, there were lots of aircraft flying in the area and I took two still shots, one is uploaded and blown up here. I took a video nine seconds, and a bright light flashes across the right side of the screen and turns right. Prior to that, there is a light moving erratically in the center of the screen. The last two seconds show a light darting from the middle center and back up again. Thanks to MUFON CMS

BLOUNTVILLE — The witness was outside having a cigarette on December 17, 2009, at 9:30 PM and noticed a bright light moving very slowly south. The light changed to two lights and then to three. The lights were not blinking and no sound was heard. The witness lives close to Tri City Regional Airport which is a few miles south of his location. He says that he sees many aircraft on a daily basis and never seen anything like this! The witness shouted for his wife who brought out a camera and four photos were taken, but the light only showed up in this photo enhancement. The photos were taken with Samsung Digimax D53 digital camera. The camera has a maximum resolution of 5 mega-pixels. Listen to Witness Report (MP3)

Note: The witness was very excited by what he saw. His wife confirms his observations. The photo itself doesn’t show much other than the fact that it confirms that the witnesses were observing a light. TRAVERSE CITY — I went to town to see the lighting of the Christmas tree on November 27, 2009. I got a new 2.8 lens and wanted to take some photos in a low light setting. I shot about 100 photos that evening from 5 to 8 PM. The next day when uploading them to my computer I noticed some lights in the sky in an interesting shape. Three show lights and shapes while I was standing on Front Street facing west. The lights are in three of four photos taken at this spot. I did not find these lights in other photos. The first two were taken about 5:40 PM and the third one was taken about 6:05 PM. Thanks to MUFON CMS

LAPEER — About 9 PM, I was outside by my campfire when I spotted a UFO going west with three lights flashing green, yellow and red on October 17, 2009. At first I thought it was an airplane because there is a small airport not far from where I live. So I grabbed my camera phone and recorded it because they usually turn around over my house. As it was going over I noticed it was triangular in shape, and had a light on each corner. The lights all lit up yellow, then they all lit up red and then they all lit up green. My dog started barking just as it flew over my house.

Note: The witness is to be commended for taking a reasonable quality video at night with a cell phone. The video has been brightened to reveal more detail. The lights did flash in changing colors (all white or yellow, all red, etc). The video didn’t really show the green, but the video didn’t contain the entire segment of time that the lights were observed. Of particular interest is the dog barking on the video. At least this confirms that the dog barked when the lights were overhead. (This doesn’t necessarily prove that the dog was barking at the lights, but it confirms the witness’s report.) I don’t think that this is a regular aircraft, but it may be explainable if more data were available. Perhaps it is one of the silent flying triangles that are frequently reported? ALGONQUIN — My 13 year old son attended a sleepover at a friend’s home situated on the bluffs overlooking the Fox River. At 3 AM, on December 12, 2009, my son, and one of the boys were up watching movies when they glanced out the window to see a massive lighted shape slowly floating north over the Fox River. Both my son, and the other boy, reported it reappeared slowly returned and going south, until it disappeared from their view. A few minutes later it was seen heading north again. It was flying just over the trees with a bright white light in front, and some smaller white lights toward the rear. The shape was like a blimp but flared in back, like a triangle. They could hear no sound. Near each light you could see a silvery patch. They could tell the size as it blocked out the stars. It did not move quickly, just slowly, almost like a powered blimp would, but they are certain it was not a blimp. My son as an adamant non-believer in any type of phenomenon like this, and said it was the most frightening thing he ever encountered. (Depiction of triangle.) Thanks to MUFON CMS

PETERSBURG — It was 10:52 PM, on November 28, 2009, when I saw three brownish-orange circles with a dark center in a triangular formation flying above us. Three of my friends and I were lying down on a trampoline at one of the friend’s house on a moonlit night. We were all looking at the stars and then one person declares, “Oh my God!” In the sky, we see three circles brownish orange in color, flying from the north-west. They were in a triangular formation, flying equidistant from each other. In between the circles was a black area that blocked out the stars. It was also noiseless. Florida Hovering Cigar Object

CORAL SPRINGS — It was 12:49 PM, on December 13, 2009; I drove out of my apartment complex and noticed a gleaming passenger jet flying above and amongst the clouds nearby was a hovering cigar shaped object at 15,000 feet. It was reflective and had three or more large dark circular shapes on the side of it. The size of it was larger than the passenger jet. My question is: are there radar records available for 12:49 PM, since it must have been on radar? It vanished before my eyes after a couple minutes! Colorado Cattle Mutilations Continue

SAN LUIS — Paranormal field investigator Chuck Zukowski performed an investigation of a bizarre cattle mutilation that took place on December 7, 2009. Rancher never experienced previous mutilation on property and the cow was not insured. Cow calved 2008. Calf is alive and doing fine. Cow was found laying on its left side 90 yards from the rest of herd. Snow was present in area at time of finding mutilation; some snow had melted by investigation time. At time of death, weather was sub zero conditions with negative wind chill. No footprints, tire wheel markings were found initially by rancher. Udder, tongue, right eye ball and left side of face was removed, approximately 48 square inches of flesh were missing. No blood pooling was seen around animal by rancher. Cow was 4 years old . Cow was estimated to weigh 900 pounds. Very unusual high EMF meter movement occurred when passing over the base of the right ear near the face wound. This was Chuck Zukowski’s fifth cattle mutilation investigation for 2009.

Chuck writes, “The Miller mutilation looked as though the calf had been dropped, the bones were crushed, but no impact marks on the ground.  “The Duran and Aaron San Luis mutilation, the animals seemed as though they were layed down. Both of those cases the animals were laying on soft ground showing no signs of leg movement or struggle. The most amazing one was the Aaron mutilation, using an AlphaLab Trifield EMF Meter which measures electric field and magnetic field, the meter was measuring over 100 microteslas! The static magnetic field of the earth is about 50 microtesla, so the measurement I observed was more than double that of the earth! SAN JOSE — On August 7, 2009, driving southbound on I-680 in San Jose, California, between Hostetter Rd. and Capital Ave. exits. I took pictures with a 2 megapixel cell phone camera of the sky while driving to see what kind of pictures would come out since I had not used the camera yet. There are many “orbs” and what appear to be black helicopters in the pictures. None were visible at the time, nor did I hear any sounds. I have taken many pictures showing these objects in this area over the last couple years these maybe the best and most recent. I have had good results using other cameras also. It seems I get something in this stretch of road most of the time. I have others but here are two pictures. Thanks to MUFON CMS
