It’s an old saying that technology is just a tool, its all up to us how we would like to use it. Weather modification and HAARP is a perfect example where we can use the technology to manipulating or altering to prevent hurricanes or tornadoes, from occurring; or causing beneficial weather, such as rainfall in an area experiencing drought; or of provoking damaging weather against an enemy or rival, as a tactic of military or economic warfare.

According to United Nation modification in warfare has been banned but time to time we had seen how one country use weather modification as weapon against other.

But White House had already openly support chemtrails as a toll for weather modification.

According to Gen Gordon Sullivan, former Army chief of staff, “As we leap technology into the 21st century, we will be able to see the enemy day or night, in any weather — and go after him relentlessly.”A global, precise, real-time, robust, systematic weather-modification capability would provide war-fighting CINCs with a powerful force multiplier to achieve military objectives. Since weather will be common to all possible futures, a weather-modification capability would be universally applicable and have utility across the entire spectrum of conflict. The capability of influencing the weather even on a small scale could change it from a force degrader to a force multiplier.

Texas UFOs Photographed

But later I saw I caught an unidentified object over the lake!

LAKE GRANGER — My nephew and niece were having their graduation party at the lake pavilion at Willis Creek Park on June 6, 2009, where I took the photo. My son and three other children had been begging me all day to take them swimming. I finally took them all down to the water when it became cooler that evening. As they were playing in the water I decided to take a couple of pictures of them, while sitting there in my lawn chair. The kids were about 10-12 feet out in the water from the bank playing with sticks, due to the low lake levels because of drought. I only took two pictures and NEVER HEARD NOR SAW ANYTHING but later I saw I caught an unidentified object over the lake! Thanks to MUFON Thanks to MUFON CMS.

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HOUSTON — We were sitting in our backyard on July 11, 2009, at 10:32 PM. We saw an object in the distance appear to ascend from close to the ground and climb to about 5000 -10000 feet. The object was a yellow and red sphere that pulsated and changed colors and shape between yellow and red. It flew over our house silently and crossed the George Bush IAH westbound landing flight path. It pulsated and slowly flickered until it disappeared. We are 7 miles from the IAH airport flight tower. They should have it on radar. Thanks to MUFON CMS
