Mars is the fourth planet from the Sun and the second smallest planet in the Solar System. Named after the Roman god of war, it is often described as the “Red Planet”, as the iron oxide prevalent on its surface gives it a reddish appearance.[14] Mars is a terrestrial planet with a thin atmosphere, having surface features reminiscent both of the impact craters of the Moon and the volcanoes, valleys, deserts, and polar ice caps of Earth. The rotational period and seasonal cycles of Mars are likewise similar to those of Earth, as is the tilt that produces the seasons. Mars is the site of Olympus Mons, the highest known mountain within the Solar System, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons. The smooth Borealis basin in the northern hemisphere covers 40% of the planet and may be a giant impact feature. Mars has two moons, Phobos and Deimos, which are small and irregularly shaped. These may be captured asteroids, similar to 5261 Eureka, a Martian trojan asteroid.

Mars is currently host to five functioning spacecraft: three in orbit—the Mars Odyssey, Mars Express, and Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter; and two on the surface—Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity and the Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity. Defunct spacecraft on the surface include MER-A Spirit, and several other inert landers and rovers, both successful and unsuccessful, such as the Phoenix lander, which completed its mission in 2008. Observations by NASA’s now-defunct Mars Global Surveyor show evidence that parts of the southern polar ice cap have been receding. Observations by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter have revealed possible flowing water during the warmest months on Mars.

MARS TRACKS

The verifiable visual evidence in the book clearly demonstrates that we cannot believe even the most basic official Mars data.  Such as the reported atmospheric extreme cold and the 95.35% carbon dioxide. That in turn sets the stage and opens the door through which the open minded can step through for real truth. Notice these tracks on the surface of Mars with an apparent moving object. I encourage everyone to visit his site and take a look around. There is a fountain of knowledge from years of research there. I fully understand the time, blood, sweat and tears that goes into something like this. We all owe him our gratitude.

Artificial Structure Found on Mars

The Journal of Scientific Exploration announced in its Fall 2011 Issue that an artificial structure was found on Mars by George Haas, founder and primary investigator of The Cydonia Institute and James Miller, independent planetary researcher and member of The Cydonia Institute. They show evidence of an Avian Geoglyph on A Artificial Structure ON the surface of Mars. This is the First Acceptance and acknowledgement by the scientific community of the existence of an aesthetically designed artificial structure on the surface of Mars and should encourage a serious review of the growing archive of Artificial Structure observed on the red planet. Historically – this could be viewed as the “Disclosure Event” of the 21st Century!!! Congratulations to George Haas and James Miler!

Abstract – Findings from a series of independent investigations are summarized and presented as evidence in support of the hypothesis that certain features on the Martian surface are artificial ( Artificial Structure) in origin. The discussion focuses on the Cydonia region in Mars’ northern hemisphere. The features under investigation include a formation about 2.5 by 2 km in size that resembles a humanoid face staring up into space from the surface and a number of nearby objects. One set of objects located 10-20 km southwest of the Face which has been termed the “City” has several unusual Artificial Structure comparable in size to the Face and a number of smaller Artificial Structure which together with the larger objects in the City appear to be arranged in an organized pattern. Several other anomalous features in the area are also examined. Three types of evidence are presented which support the hypothesis that the objects in question are artificial. The first is based on a detailed examination of the objects themselves, the second concerns spatial and angular relationships, and the third involves a comparative analysis of the shape of certain objects. Using a Bayesian inference model and assuming the above sources of evidence are mutually independent we show that the existing evidence strongly supports the hypothesis that these objects may be artificial in origin.

The image represents an area approximately .35 kilometers wide.
