BLOUNTVILLE — The witness was outside having a cigarette on December 17, 2009, at 9:30 PM and noticed a bright light moving very slowly south. The light changed to two lights and then to three. The lights were not blinking and no sound was heard. The witness lives close to Tri City Regional Airport which is a few miles south of his location. He says that he sees many aircraft on a daily basis and never seen anything like this! The witness shouted for his wife who brought out a camera and four photos were taken, but the light only showed up in this photo enhancement. The photos were taken with Samsung Digimax D53 digital camera. The camera has a maximum resolution of 5 mega-pixels. Listen to Witness Report (MP3)

Note: The witness was very excited by what he saw. His wife confirms his observations. The photo itself doesn’t show much other than the fact that it confirms that the witnesses were observing a light.
