Socorro Strange Flying Objects

Approximately 11:30 am, I arrived at home from work in Socorro, NM. I had gone home to paint my garage floor during lunch. After talking to my wife she went outside to play with my 2 yr old son. Within a few minutes she called me and I went outside to investigate. She pointed to an object in the sky. I looked up and saw what appeared to be a well defined globular object of a whitish color with a brightish tinge of bluish purple. At first I thought it must be a high altitude balloon or maybe a satellite. It appeared very distant but sizable and at first appeared to be hardly moving. Its relative position was away from the sun with a clear sky and thus could be clearly seen almost directly East to NE.

At this point I ran back inside for a camera and took a picture using my personal phone camera. The object was strange enough to warrant further observation. At this point I thought I’d better get it on tape, so I scrambled to find the camcorder, at this point hoping I would be quick enough to catch it when I got back No issue the object had planned to stick around!

I began taking footage with my camcorder, and notice that other similar objects also show up on the camcorder screen besides the one that was visible with the naked eye and would appear to go from a globe shape to a diamond shape (probably artifacts I thought). At this point I wanted to know what it was so I grabbed my MEADE Telescope. The object still stuck around, now at a position almost directly overhead but appeared to be far far away. My first observation when my telescope was focused on the object was that of what appeared to be a perfect sphere with a bluish purplish hue with what appeared to be perforations or little dots (Imagine drawing a circle on paper and filling out the circle with dots). As far as I know this could have been a planet. However the telescope was removed from looking at the object and refocused several times from different positions in our backyard with the same result.

We thought, well, strange object and stopped recording, since we already had it on tape and it didn’t do anything new; but continued using the telescope. The object then transitioned to the SSE within the next 10 minutes, but now at a faster rate than it was moving previously.

While I was looking at the object through the telescope, I saw a bright green flash in the scope and my wife yelled that the object had separated into two, what appeared to be identical objects. When I looked up from the scope, I saw now two, what appeared to be two almost identical objects moving in unison with each other. My wife mentioned that during the separation there appeared to some kind of smoke trail and a long cylindrical object that fell earthwards in a wobbly pattern during the separation (I hope someone finds it, whatever it was). When observed again in the telescope, the initial bluish purple hue, object was still there, but now seemed to have a smaller black object in front that obscured a portion of the purplish bluish sphere.

The objects then appeared to transition together at a lower level across the SSE to Eastern horizon and now appeared even more distant and was no longer visible to the naked eye. I am sure there is some logical explanation. One is that it may have been a weather balloon test; not to mention atmospheric turbulence and tricky sunlight. Times we saw the objects clearly visible: 11:35 AM Mountain Time to 12:50 PM Mountain Time. Wish I had camera attachment on my telescope, this was the most amazing! I have regular camera pics and over 13 minutes of video.

At 11:00 PM I was taking my cousin Mike home. We left my house at exactly 11:00 PM. As we passed by a field near my house, I always look up and see if anything is up there.

Never, until June 9th was there. As I looked in the sky I saw 3 helicopters in a triangular formation more of an obtuse formation, If I’m using that term correctly. One helicopter was farther away than a normal triangle.

At any rate, I slowed down to get a look at them, seemingly strange, they were just sitting there as we have no airports around this area that I am aware of.

The nearest airport I know of is in South Lakeland, some 20 miles away.

Realizing something may be up, I noted the time as 11:02 PM. I Made a U-turn on a nearby street and as I came back to the stop sign to turn back right to see them again, I looked across the street and in the sky was the brightest “star” I’d ever seen!

It was a large, star-like object of a brilliant blue color. I noted its position as being directly across the field in which I observed the 3 helicopters.

As I returned to the field at exactly 11:03 in which I saw these 3 helicopters, they were nowhere to be seen or heard. I know this because no traffic was in the area that late at night.

I got out of my truck which I had turned off, and listened keenly for the “chop” of the helicopter. I did not hear it. These mysterious helicopters were simply gone, and not heard.

Out here in this area you can hear tires screeching on Interstate 4 which is some 4 miles away. I should have heard something.

Leaving the scene at the field disappointed, I headed back south to take my cousin home. I traveled west on Marcum Road and looked for the “star” but did not see it, the time then was 11:18 PM.

I looked farther away and saw a red in color “orb” or “sphere” which was far away enough to be over the Gulf of Mexico, but very high in the sky. The Gulf of Mexico from here is approximately 60 miles.

That is the last I saw of anything.

Excitement was a feeling I got from seeing everything happen that night. Another feeling I got was strange, it hit me hard too, the feeling was as if I were in a “crossfire” of sorts.

The thought I had was these 3 helicopters were defending air space from this brilliant, blue object. I am a believer. I called it an “otherworldly standoff.”

But later I saw I caught an unidentified object over the lake!

LAKE GRANGER — My nephew and niece were having their graduation party at the lake pavilion at Willis Creek Park on June 6, 2009, where I took the photo. My son and three other children had been begging me all day to take them swimming. I finally took them all down to the water when it became cooler that evening. As they were playing in the water I decided to take a couple of pictures of them, while sitting there in my lawn chair. The kids were about 10-12 feet out in the water from the bank playing with sticks, due to the low lake levels because of drought. I only took two pictures and NEVER HEARD NOR SAW ANYTHING but later I saw I caught an unidentified object over the lake! Thanks to MUFON Thanks to MUFON CMS.

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HOUSTON — We were sitting in our backyard on July 11, 2009, at 10:32 PM. We saw an object in the distance appear to ascend from close to the ground and climb to about 5000 -10000 feet. The object was a yellow and red sphere that pulsated and changed colors and shape between yellow and red. It flew over our house silently and crossed the George Bush IAH westbound landing flight path. It pulsated and slowly flickered until it disappeared. We are 7 miles from the IAH airport flight tower. They should have it on radar. Thanks to MUFON CMS

UFO floating in the air three kilometers from Iwakuni Marine Base

HIROSHIMA — Mr. T. is a 49 years old civilian whose hobby is photography saw a globe UFO floating in the air three kilometers from Iwakuni Marine Base on January 17, 2008 at 4 PM. He took a picture of UFO just as a MH-53E Sea Dragon Helicopter took off. Mr. T. took photos from 4:01 to 4:04 PM as the helicopter climbed higher. The globe disappeared immediately after the last photo was taken. He says that the helicopter was about 30 meters in length and the globe approached the helicopter as it lifted off, but the crew did not notice the globe. When the globes rapidly approached the helicopter, it looked small and abruptly disappeared.

Note: I consider this witness very reliable. The email has been transcribed from Japanese, and some details may not be properly interpreted. Further contact with Mr. A who reported the sighting is planned. The second photo above agrees with the report. The first photo is unclear, but shows the helicopter, the globe (sphere), and another group of unknown objects. Spheres have been reported in the vicinity of aircraft frequently, and the globe approached the aircraft and appears under intelligent control constituting a threat to aviation safety.
