NEW ZEALAND FINALLY RELEASES ITS X-FILES……WHEN WILL THE UNITED STATES DISCLOSE ??
After UFO Disclosure by UK, Russia, Denmark, Sweden, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil governments in last two years, now New Zealand government finally came forward and publish its own x-files.
The files include every witness account of unidentified flying objects reported to authorities since early 1952, including the infamous 1978 Kaikoura mystery.
Detailed in more than 2000 pages of files are letters from people who claim to be in touch with alien beings, sketches from witnesses and media reports.
Some of the earliest reports come from the president of the Civilian Saucer Investigation (New Zealand) group, Harold H. Fulton, thanking a witness who wrote to him about a sighting.
The witness had seen a “strange, bowl-shaped object that he saw fall from a clear sky”.
“As the object fell it made a hissing sound, hit the wharf pier he was standing on and then bounced high and landed on a Government survey vessel,” the letter said.
The files had been held by Archives New Zealand, which was to make them available in February after requests from the public, but the Defence Force stepped in saying it needed to remove personal identification to comply with the Privacy Act.
Access to the original files will be restricted until the year 2050 at the earliest for personal privacy reasons.
Before their release, Squadron Leader Kavae Tamariki said the Defence Force would not comment on the files’ content.
“We’ve just been a collection point for the information. We don’t investigate or make reports, we haven’t substantiated anything in them.”
The Defence Force did not have the resources to investigate UFO sightings, Tamariki said.
The director of research group UFOCUS NZ, Suzanne Hansen, said she had been trying to get hold of the files for nearly two years.
“I started lobbying, and at first they said there was no way in the foreseeable future they’d be released. It’s been a long time coming.”
Hansen said she hoped the files would reveal more detail about some of New Zealand’s most famous cases, including the Kaikoura sighting on December 21, 1978.
Wellington man John Cordy, 77, was in the air traffic control tower on that night and still maintains there was no logical explanation for what happened.
He and his colleague witnessed inexplicable radar readings at a time when no aircraft were cleared to be in the area.
At the same time, crew on an Argosy cargo plane reported strange lights around their aircraft, which tracked them for more than 60 kilometres. Numerous theories were put forward, but Cordy said none fitted the bill.
MUFON’S DIRECTOR CLIFFORD CLIFT’S UFO EXPERIENCE
Greeley resident Clifford Clift had an experience in 1953 that sparked his interest in unidentified flying objects. The experience changed the course of his life forever as he slowly became an expert in identifying unidentified objects.
He is now International Director of the Mutual UFO Network, more commonly known as MUFON.
Greeley Tribune reports that Clift said that the experience came when he and his grandmother were members of the Ground Observer Corps for the Air Force.
“It was during the Cold War, and the Air Force had established sites all across the U.S. to watch for aircraft. The country was terrified that Russia was going to bomb us,” Clift said in an interview to Greeley Tribune.
Clift recalled that the Air Force would call alerts and he and his grandmother would go out to their site to watch for aircraft. Clift noted that on one October evening in 1953 when an alert was called, he went out watching the sky and that experience happened.
“It was a night with white fluffy clouds, that were pretty sparse, and a full moon,” Clift remembered.
“It was about the size of the moon, only it traveled across the sky, southeast to northwest, in about 10 or 15 seconds. It was going so fast it appeared it left a tail that wasn’t very long, but was fuzzy,” he said, adding that it didn’t make any noise, he added.
Clift added that he ran from the site and told his grandmother what he had seen. “At first, she didn’t believe me. But she finally relented and agreed to call in. I still remember our call sign. It was Bravo, Lima, Red 1,” Clift said.
KENS NOTE: Mr Clift is going to take MUFON to the next level. These are exciting times.

It may sound like a Spielberg movie plot, but if senior U.S. airmen are to be believed, this scenario is not science fiction.
They claim that since 1948, aliens have been hovering over UK and U.S. nuclear missile sites and deactivating the weapons– once even landing in a British base. Furthermore, they warn, our governments are hushing the activity up. Captain Robert Salas, who, along with six others is to break his silence on the subject, said: ‘We’re talking about unidentified flying objects, as simple as that. ‘They’re often known as UFOs, you could call them that. The U.S. Air Force is lying about the national security implications of unidentified aerial objects at nuclear bases and we can prove it,’ he said. The former officer said he witnessed such an event first-hand on March 16, 1967, at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. I was on duty when an object came over and hovered directly over the site.

‘The missiles shut down – ten Minuteman [nuclear] missiles. And the same thing happened at another site a week later. There’s a strong interest in our missiles by these objects, wherever they come from. I personally think they’re not from planet Earth.’ Colonel Charles Halt claims to have seen a UFO at RAF Bentwaters near Ipswich, one of the few bases in the UK to hold nuclear weapons.
The sighting is said to have taken place 30 years ago. First he saw the object firing beams of light into the base then heard on the military radio that aliens had landed inside the nuclear storage area, he said. ‘I believe that the security services of both the United States and the United Kingdom have attempted – both then and now – to subvert the significance of what occurred at RAF Bentwaters by the use of well-practised methods of disinformation.’
The six former U.S. Air Force officers and one former enlisted man, are to present declassified information which they claim backs up their findings. They have witness testimony from 120 former or retired military personnel which points to alien intervention at nuclear sites in the U.S. as recently as 2003. They will urge the authorities to confirm that alien beings have long been visiting Earth.
A press conference today in Washington will also highlight testimony from retired U.S. Air Force Captain Bruce Fenstermacher, whose security team saw a cigar-shaped UFO hovering above FE Warren nuclear base in Wyoming in 1976. Researcher Robert Hastings, who has written on the subject, explained that so far the aliens appeared interested in ‘mere surveillance’ but warned they seemed to have gone further in some instances.
‘At long last, all of these witnesses are coming forward to say that, as unbelievable as it may seem to some, UFOs have long monitored and sometimes tampered with our nukes,’ he added

Going one step further in regards to global UFO Extraterrestrial disclosure, in a landmark decision Brazilian Government created a new law according to which “air force to document any UFO sightings and make the data available to researchers and the public”.
Back in 2009 we had reported that Brazil had declassifies more Top Secret UFO documents.
We had also informed our readers in past about SIOANI – The Brazilian Air Force UFO reporting Project and UFO, Alien Encounters in Brazil reported under SIOANI. And globally famous Maria Cintra & Leôncio Nunes Viana Case reported by SIOANI.
Let us remind you British had just released their latest batch of UFO X-files which had revealed that pilot’s ‘Near Miss’ with UFO at Manchester Airport,UK and some top secret UFO facts like Churchill had ordered a 50-Year cover-up on UFOs .
Now the command of the Air Force published in the Official Gazette the new rules to be followed by pilots when the subject is unidentified flying objects. The records should be forwarded to the National Archives. All this so that nothing is shrouded in mystery.
According to the ordinance, the accounts of users of services of air traffic control must be made on proper forms and delivered regularly to the documentation center said.
“After due cataloging, these records should be sent to the Centre for Documentation and Historical Air Force who, in turn, will forward the documents to the collection of the National Archives, giving the company access to this documentation,” the Air Force.
Four thousand pages with numerous cases seen or investigated by the military are already in the National Archives. Are phenomena that occurred between the 1940s and 1980s.
The papers show, including the official participation of government investigations of luminous objects known.
Ufologist for Aeronautics, Fernando Ramalho, still need to send documents from the decades of 1990 and 2000.
He says that more conclusive evidence has not been revealed. “Footage of flying objects, for example, 100 meters in diameter with portholes, with beings inside these watches.”
Fernando is part of a committee of scholars who are helping the Ministry of Defence to ensure that by the end of this month, all UFO documents will be released for public consultation.UFO researcher makes a prediction about when we touch.
“I believe that in less than 50 years we can have but a meeting between advanced civilizations visiting us and humans on land. Why not?” He asks.
