7-3-10 PUT-IN-BAY OHIO

Me and my wife were visiting Put-in-Bay over the Fourth of July Weekend. On Saturday morning we rode our bikes toward the Perry’s Victory Monument. The morning sun was directly behind the top of the structure, making the Monument glow. I took a picture with my digital camera but the bright sun made it very hard to see what I was shooting. I just printed the picture out this evening, and I noticed something to the right of the tower, about half way up. I didn’t think much of it until I looked very closely at it. Then I zoomed into the area on my computer. What I saw was a very distinct, metallic, steep-angled, saucer-shaped flying object in the distance.

The very bright morning sun made it very difficult to look in the direction of the object. My wife and I also noticed how quiet and peaceful it was at that time – no airplane or helicopter sounds.
